Forêt Capitale Forest and Nanabush Food Forests will host a fun and informative 'fast track' workshop on pruning basics and best practices to optimize the health of your food forest and encourage happy, disease-free, higher-yielding shrubs and trees.  Participants will participate in observational exercises and practice what they learned on some select trees in the
